Refund policy

Important. When returning, it is necessary to fill out the return form and put it in the package. It is here: PDF format and DOCX format. (Both  formats are suitable).

The return period lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Items to be returned must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.

Items must be returned with reference to the order. number.

Products can only be returned using courier or Omniva post machine services.

Replacement
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange items, please contact us by e-mail at mzilinskiene@gmail.com.

Shipping
You will have to pay for the shipping costs when returning the items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable with purchase. If you received a refund for your purchase, shipping costs will be deducted.
