Grąžinimas

Svarbu. Grąžinant būtina užpildyti grąžinimo formą ir atspausdintą įdėti į siuntą. Ji yra čia: PDF formatu ir DOCX formatu. (Tinka abu formatai).

Grąžinimo terminas trunka 14 dienų. Jei nuo jūsų pirkimo praėjo daugiau nei 14 dienų, deja negalime jums grąžinti pinigų ar pakeisti prekių.

Grąžinama prekė turi būti nenaudota ir tokioje pačioje būklėje kaip ir buvo nupirkta.

Grąžinant prekes reikia nurodyti užsakymo numerį.

Grąžinti prekes galima tik naudojantis kurjerio ar Omniva paštomato paslaugomis.

Jeigu prekės grąžinamos Ominva paštomato paslauga, jas reikia siųsti į:

Keitimas
Mes keičiame daiktus jei jie yra defektuoti ar pažeisti. Jei norite pakeisti daiktus prašome susisiekti el. pašto adresu mzilinskiene@gmail.com.

Siuntimas
Jums teks sumokėti už siuntimo išlaidas grąžinant daiktus.

Pinigai už siuntimo išlaidas perkant negrąžinami. Jei jums už pirkimą buvo grąžinti pinigai, siuntimo išlaidos bus išskaičiuotos.

Replacement
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange items, please contact us by e-mail. at mzilinskiene@gmail.com.

Shipping
You will have to pay for the shipping costs when returning the items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable with purchase. If you received a refund for your purchase, shipping costs will be deducted.
